Western Europe is threatened by several storms arriving one after the other in early February 2017.

Storm in Galicia February 2017
In the night of 2 to 3 February the coast of death or Costa da Morte in Galicia experienced waves of more than 11 meters because of the incessant winds sweeping the coasts.
In the locality of A Guarda (Pontevedra) the waves (17 meters) brought a foam so large that it invaded the port of the locality.
The train links were interrupted this Friday 3 February between Pontevedra and Orense and more than 100,000 people are without electricity in Galicia.
Strong winds cross Spain this month of February 2017
After Galicia, the wind rushes throughout the northern part of Estremadura to the Mediterranean coasts and even the Balearic Islands or strong winds will blow this weekend of 4 and 5 February.
At ourense the wind reaches 182 km / h and 176 km / h in a city of Galicia close to La Coruña.
