When to go to Altea
Winter is windy in Altea, rains are rare and mostly localized in March, April and May but rarely without interruptions. it's good to travel from the end of April to early October.
The only time to avoid is of course in Europe in winter, however, as in 2014-2015, many people went at the beach in January and February to mid day but the days are short.
